  • This form is for requesting a field trip for schools and daycares. If you are not booking for an educational organization, please use our “Group Trip Request Form” or call 205-714-8414.

    This form is a reservation request only. Our system does not generate quotes (see pricing below). Before submitting, please ensure:

    1. Your preferred and alternate dates are approved by your administration.
    2. Transportation is available for those dates.

    Reservation requests are booked in the order they are received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 7 business days, please email [email protected].

    *Pre-purchased concessions package includes a small popcorn and 12oz soft drink (Sprite or Coke). Concessions preorder items must be prepaid in full at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • In order for your field trip request to McWane Science Center to be approved, you must have prior approval from school administration.
  • This will be the address we mail your wristbands to.
  • Is this school or group tax-exempt in the state of Alabama?
    If uncertain, choose "No"
  • Per state law, please provide a copy of your tax exempt status form valid in the state of Alabama. If not readily available, you can get this to us at a later date.
    Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf, Max. file size: 4 MB.
  • If your school is anything other than an Alabama Public School, please write N/A.
