Your construction crew—McWane Science Center, CraneWorks, and Vulcan Industrial Contractors—are gearing up once again to bring Big Machines Day to Birmingham, Alabama. On March 1, 2025, visit McWane Science Center and build an incredible day of science, learning, and fun! Visitors of all ages will get up close and personal with some big and small machines on McWane Science Center’s plaza while also learning about engineering and construction science. As always, McWane admission and Big Machines Day is FREE to McWane Science Center Members!
