Lunch from the Cafe
Pre-order a fresh box lunch from McWane Science Center's Cafe.* Must be ordered 72 hours before date of visit.
Bring Your Own Lunch
Guests are welcome to bring their own lunch. If you decide to bring your own lunch, please contain them in clearly labeled cardboard boxes that identify both the name of the school and teacher. Lunches should be individually packaged in paper bags.

McWane Science Center Reservation Policies Reservation Confirmation I understand that my reservation is NOT complete until I receive a confirmation number from McWane Science Center’s Reservations Department. Upon receiving your reservation request form, we will send a confirmation letter and orientation materials to assist with your visit. Please review and call to make any adjustments. Payment Policy Payment is due in full upon arrival the day of your visit to McWane Science Center. Deposits must be received 14 days prior to your visit. All IMAX® reservations require a $2 per person nonrefundable deposit. Deposits not received on time may result in cancellation of IMAX® reservations. Deposits will be credited toward the total amount due. Cancellation Policy McWane Science Center reserves the right to collect payment on reservations cancelled fewer than 72 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Without cancellation, you will be charged for the full amount of your deposit. Chaperone Policy To ensure a positive learning experience for our guests, we ask that each group have a minimum number of chaperones depending on age group. At least 1 chaperone for every 6 children in the group is suggested. No more than 1 chaperone for every 2 children is allowed. Attire Groups are encouraged to wear name tags with the group’s name or an identifying group shirt when visiting McWane Science Center.
